Delivery and Returns

The reservation can be canceled at least 4 hours before the transfer date without paying an additional fee. Otherwise, a 100% fee will apply.

  For airport transfers: 120 minutes free waiting time. After the plane lands. For Non-Airport transfers: 30 minutes free waiting time. After the free waiting period, 40 TL or 3 € per 30 minutes applies.

  Two (2) extra STOPs of 20 minutes each are allowed and an additional fee of 40 TL is charged per stop.

  For airport pick-up: The driver will wait in front of the arrivals at the airport. For Non-Airport transfers: The driver will wait at the hotel entrance.

  In case of no transfer, 100% deduction is made and no refund is made.

  The transfer is due to us, the vehicle is 30 minutes late, the transfer passenger is not contacted with the reservation assistant, and the customer is refunded 100% of the fee.

  Your driver may need to contact you so your phone must be on and be able to receive calls and texts during the pickup time.

  Multiple vehicles can be booked in one booking and you will be charged accordingly.

  Round Trip Reservations can also be made and you will be charged accordingly.

  Alcohol and smoking are also prohibited by law and fines belong to the customer. If you do not follow this rule, you will be charged a cleaning fee.

  Child seats are available for 20 TL or 3 € per seat.

  If you want your driver to wait extra time, please contact the driver directly. All additional charges will be paid directly to your driver in local currency (based on real-time exchange rate) and will be included in the invoice.
